Purpose of the role:
To lead and elevate the quality assurance function across all product categories, ensuring consistent product standards from development through bulk production and retail. Responsible for technical approvals, grading accuracy, supplier performance, and data-driven QA reporting.

Role and responsibilities:
•Lead and sign off all Fit & Seal processes across core and extended product categories.
•Evaluate garments on models and dummies, ensuring correct fit and brand consistency.
•Approve and verify grade rules for knit and woven garments across size curves.
•Develop and implement QA standards and procedures across suppliers and DCs.
•Conduct supplier audits including inline, final and random inspections.
•Lead root cause analysis on failed orders and implement corrective actions.
•Apply production knowledge to resolve garment and construction issues.
•Oversee QA trackers, audit schedules and supplier performance scorecards.
•Develop advanced Excel reports including trend analysis and dashboards.
•Monitor warehouse and retail quality, including returns and customer complaints.
•Present monthly QA reports with insights and recommendations.
•Manage and develop QA team members through training and performance reviews.

Qualification and Experience:
•Degree/Diploma in Clothing Production, Fashion or Textile Technology.
•Strong experience in pattern making and grading (knits and wovens).
•5–8+ years in garment QA, technical or production roles.
•Experience working with multiple product categories and suppliers.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and tracking.
